Carol Saysette was one of the founding Staff members of the Pacific Center. She was ordained in 1981, and began her training to be a Spiritual Director at the Shalem Institute the same year. This was very formative in her ministry, both in the parish and at the Lloyd Center, San Francisco Theological Seminary, where she served as both a Spiritual Director and Pastoral Counselor.
